Easy parking and payment system. Lots of parking bays. Free parking after 6 pm. (2023-10)
Lost our ticket and was there only a short time they made us pay the full daily fee. The person who was on the intercom was soon rude, maybe don't work with people of you have no customer service.
Also the terms and conditions need to be displayed at each level and more clearly.
The elevators badly need servicing. They are alarming to ride as they judder and feel like they will fall apart. You make enough money off our parking. Service the lifts.
I see it's had a paint job inside, but the bays are still too narrow, the signage confusing and we can promote pink sections for female safety as much as we like, but it's pointless if that parking is at street level and therefore accessible to the same unsavoury types we are trying to avoid.
While there I didn't see one security officer so I wished I'd chosen a bay closer to heavier foot traffic where I might have felt safer.
Went to pay the fine at the booth, the man at the booth gave back the receipt and not the ticket, I went to my car and was at the boom gate and realised he didn’t get my ticket so pressed the assistance button and he said I need a ticket in which he didn’t give, instead of simply opening the gate or taking accountability that he forgot to give he made me go back all the way and kept yelling I forgot my ticket at the booth, would rather take a train then park here again
Good spot to park the car but when I arrive on a weekday it is always just about or totally full. Popular spot but just look out for drivers who think they are on a race track!!
Central multi storey carpark, 3hrs free weekend and public holidays which is great, designated female parking and toilets
Decent city parking, 3 hours FREE on weekends and FREE after 6pm every day. Slow elevators compared to CPP His Majesty's. Often faster to use stairs.
This car park has ONE-WAY traffic flows, so please take care when exiting your car bay!!
Good parking, great security guards. The level of integrity and professionalism exceeded my expectations and as a consequence I will be using CPP parking whenever possible.
Are you riding a Motorcycle? then can you see that small gap on the right? That's the way to go if you want to save yourself some time trying to find a M/C bay all the way up to level 6, because there is none!!! And also save yourself a $75 fine for giving up and parking in a car bay.
CPP forgot to paint indications on the ground and surrounding walls about where M/C should park. I hope that with the money collected from infringements they will be able to afford a bucket of yellow paint and brush motorcycle sign on the ground the very least.
